Another Steamed Halibut Recipe

This is another follow up to the steamed halibut recipe that I have posted. Figure out how to cook halibut fish by trying out this recipe.

Ingredients

* one tablespoon dark soy sauce
* one tablespoon light soy sauce
* one tablespoon peanut oil
* two teaspoons toasted sesame oil
* 1/4 cup lightly packed clean cilantro sprigs
* one pound halibut fillet
* one teaspoon coarse sea salt or kosher salt
* one tablespoon minced clean ginger
* three tablespoons thinly sliced eco-friendly onion

Procedure

Pat halibut dry with paper towels. Rub each sides of fillet with salt. Scatter the ginger covering the best from the fish and location onto a heatproof ceramic dish. Location right into a bamboo steamer set more than a number of inches of lightly boiling drinking water, and cover. Lightly steam for 10 to 12 minutes. Pour accumulated drinking water out from the dish and sprinkle the fillet with eco-friendly onion. Drizzle each soy sauces covering the area from the fish. Heat peanut and sesame oils in a tiny skillet more than medium-high heat till they start to smoke. When the oil is warm, very carefully pour on best from the halibut fillet. The really warm oil will trigger the eco-friendly onions and drinking water on best from the fish to pop and spatter all more than - be cautious. Garnish with cilantro sprigs and serve instantly.
