Steaming a fish is a good way to avoid the use of cooking oil. This is another recipe that you can try out for yourself. People who know how to cook halibut fish tend to ignore this type of delicious recipe.
Ingredients
* 6 leaves napa cabbage, sliced into four inch items
* a couple of slices clean ginger root, finely chopped
* a couple of cloves garlic, chopped
* 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
* 1/8 cup drinking water
* one 1/2 pounds halibut fish, lower into four items
* three eco-friendly onions, lower into three inch lengths
* a couple of clean mushrooms, sliced
* crushed red pepper flakes to taste
* clean cilantro sprigs, for garnish
Procedure
Arrange 1/2 from the eco-friendly onions about the bottom from the steaming bowl (you will need to steam inside a container in purchase to retain the steam and juices close to the fish). Location 1/2 from the mushrooms and Napa cabbage sections on best from the onions. Location fish on best from the veggies. Sprinkle ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes more than fish. Best using the remaining eco-friendly onions, mushrooms, and napa cabbage. Drizzle soy sauce and drinking water more than every thing. Location steam bowl inside a steamer more than one inch of boiling drinking water, and cover. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes, or till fish flakes very easily. Garnish with cilantro, if preferred.
