Ingredients
* 1/2 cup mirin (Japanese sweet wine)
* one tablespoon soy sauce
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* two tablespoons chopped clean cilantro
* one teaspoon vegetable essential oil
* one shallots, finely chopped
* two cloves garlic, finely chopped
* one tablespoon black bean sauce
* one tablespoon rice vinegar
* 6 (four ounce) fillets halibut, skin eliminated
* one teaspoon sesame essential oil
Procedure
Heat essential oil in non-stick saucepan more than medium heat. Make shallots and garlic lightly till fragrant, but not brown. Stir in black bean sauce, rice wine, and soy sauce.
