Mediterranean diet has always been known for containing healthy ingredients. This is something that I always share to friends who are interested about how to cook halibut fish.
Ingredients
* four (6 ounce) halibut fish fillets
* 1/4 cup capers
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* one tablespoon lemon juice
* salt and pepper to taste
* one tablespoon Greek seasoning (this kind of as Cavender's®)
* one big tomato, chopped
* one onion, chopped
* one (five ounce) jar pitted kalamata olives
Procedure
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Location halibut fillets on the big sheet of aluminum foil and season with Greek seasoning. Combine tomato, onion, olives, capers, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper inside a bowl. Spoon tomato mixture more than the halibut. Very carefully seal all of the edges from the foil to produce a big packet. Location the packet on the baking sheet. Bake within the preheated oven till the fish flakes very easily having a fork, 30 to 40 minutes.
