Halibut Fish Curry Indian Style

If you like cooking curry based foods then this one is for you. This is one of those recipes you can try if you are still trying to learn how to cook halibut fish.

Ingredients
*
* four halibut fish fillets
* one onion, coarsely chopped
* four cloves garlic, roughly chopped
* one (one inch) piece clean ginger root, peeled and chopped
* five cashew halves
* one tablespoon canola oil
* a couple of teaspoons cayenne pepper, or to taste
* 1/2 tsp floor turmeric
* one tsp floor cumin
* one tsp floor coriander
* one tsp salt
* one tsp white sugar
* 1/2 pot chopped tomato
* 1/4 pot vegetable broth
* 1/4 pot chopped clean cilantro
* For that marinade:
* a couple of teaspoons Dijon mustard
* one tsp floor black pepper
* 1/2 tsp salt
* a couple of tablespoons canola oil


Procedure

Mix the mustard, pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, and a couple of tablespoons of canola oil inside a shallow bowl. Include the fish fillets, turning to coat. Marinate the fish within the refrigerator for half an hour. Combine the onion, garlic, ginger, and cashews inside a blender or foods processor and pulse till the mixture types a paste. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Heat one tablespoon of canola oil inside a skillet more than medium-low heat. Stir within the ready paste; make and stir for any minute or two. Include the cayenne pepper, turmeric, cumin, coriander, one tsp salt, and sugar. Make and stir for an extra 5 mins. Stir within the chopped tomato and vegetable broth.. Arrange the fish fillets inside a baking dish, discarding any additional marinade. Best the fish using the sauce, cover the baking dish, and bake within the preheated oven till the fish flakes very easily having a fork, about half an hour. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
