Ingredients:

2 halibut fillets (about 6 ounces each)

1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Asparagus:

Place the trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

Spread the asparagus in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until tender.

Prepare the Lemon Butter Sauce:

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

While the asparagus is roasting, season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
